Anomalies - which nature itself can't explain why.

Even organic chemistry have to acknowledge that there is a major product and a minor product formed in certain reactions. The explanations give a very clear reason why the minor products exist in lower concentrations - probably due to high improbability, high irrationality and many many reasons why it shouldn't be found. But why why why do they still appear?
